US Ferries
There are two Vehicle capacity Ferries from the United States, one in Anacortes and another in Port Angeles.
The MV Coho from Port Angeles will take you straight into downtown Victoria.

The Anacortes ferry has fewer sailing times and it docks just outside of Sidney, BC. There is about a 45 km drive/ride from the
dock into the city.

Keep in mind that the United States Border is enforcing higher security measures concerning Customs,
so Arrive early in both directions.
Canadian Ferries
There are two main ferries in the lower Mainland area: One leaves Tsawwassen and goes to Swartz Bay (north of Sidney, BC), and the other leaves Horseshoe Bay and arrives in Departure Bay (in Nanaimo, BC).
The route that ends up closest to the city is the Tsawwassen to Swartz Bay Ferry. This route offers many departure times and is within 50km of the
city.

The Horseshoe Bay ferry will leave you in Nanaimo, BC. From Nanaimo, you will have to drive about 150km to reach Victoria. It's more scenic, but
it's a long ride by scooter. :)
